About CLC Contracting
Based in Palmer, AK, CLC Contracting is a family-owned drywall and painting company serving homes, shops, and businesses across the Mat-Su Valley and Anchorage.
Built on Detail and Follow-Through
Connor started CLC Contracting to give Mat-Su homeowners and builders a contractor who sweats the small things, communicates clearly, and shows up when scheduled.
Every job gets the same standard, from a single patched wall to a full shop build-out.
What We Stand For
Detail in Every Seam
Clean edges, flat seams, and careful prep are part of the job, not extras.
Work That Lasts
Proper materials and full drying times so finishes hold up through Alaska winters.
Clear Communication
You always know where your project stands and what comes next.
Showing Up on Time
We start on the scheduled date and keep the job moving to the agreed finish.
Training and Certifications
Our crew holds OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety training and is certified on scissor lifts and articulating lifts.
That lets us work safely on commercial job sites, tall shop walls, and high ceilings.
Homeowners, Builders, and Property Managers
We work with homeowners on repairs, repaints, and new rooms. We also partner with general contractors, realtors, and property managers who need a dependable drywall and paint crew on their schedule.
Where We Work
From our base in Palmer, AK, we serve Wasilla, Willow, Talkeetna, Anchorage, and the surrounding Mat-Su Valley.
